On July 4th, Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, and Studioware, a business integrator specialising in CRM, hosted the HUMAN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION event in Pescara, at the stunning Hawaii venue overlooking the sea.

The event, organised by Studioware, was further enriched by the presence of Salesforce Italy’s top management, including Mirko Spinelli, Vice President of Salesforce Italy, Roberto Campiglia, Strategic Sales Manager, and Rosalba Campanale, Partner Pre-sales Solution Engineer.

“Honestly, it was a true honour to have the top executives from Salesforce Italy with us, with whom it was easy to raise awareness and inform the companies present about the event’s theme and the opportunities offered by the platform in the field of AI,” said Renato De Ficis.

The debate opened with a speech by Stefano Cianciotta, CEO of F.I.R.A, who briefed the 80 managers, CEOs, and stakeholders from businesses in Abruzzo and Marche on the current state of the ZES (Special Economic Zones).

Renato De Ficis, General Manager of Studioware and Salesforce Partner, presented his company’s unique approach to Salesforce activation, customisation, and integration projects. He shared the journey that led them to become a partner of the world’s leading CRM platform, and introduced the company’s Vision, which was the central thread of the event: digital transformation with the person at the core.

Mirko Spinelli and Roberto Campiglia passionately shared the story of Salesforce, which began 25 years ago and is now a stable market leader. They conveyed the values that unite nearly 75,000 people worldwide, who work within the Salesforce family, and provided a concrete overview of the current state of Artificial Intelligence – a perspective that has now become a reality.

Enzo Altobelli was tasked with introducing Profima, a company specialised in financial facilitation tools, which he represents as CEO. He gave an invaluable overview of the financial tools compatible with human-centred digital transformation projects.

In order to provide practical insights and examples, a round table was held featuring Nicola Fabrizio, CEO of Metamer, Emidio Salvatorelli, President & CEO of Vastarredo, and Renato Di Simone, CEO of Disi Impianti. They shared their adoption journey of Salesforce, presenting real cases, innovations, and figures, and emphasised the human element in their organisations.

The closing session was led by Rosalba Campanale, Solution Engineer at Salesforce, who, together with Vincenzo Alfano, Senior CRM Consultant at Studioware, demonstrated several aspects of the Salesforce platform, covering its basic features and showcasing the current AI opportunities integrated within it.

The evening ended with networking on the Hawaii terrace, under a sky painted with a thousand colours, as the participants felt a growing desire to elevate their businesses towards excellence, supported by a digital transformation journey centred around the human experience.
